I've recruited for advertising, marketing and tech roles for more than 20 years and placed hundreds of candidates. I've filled single roles, built out entire departments and helped launch new agencies.
Hiring is where your brand starts for future employees, so I treat every candidate with respect and look closely at fit and shared values, not just skills. My background as an HR leader and coach helps me work well with hiring managers and candidates alike.
On request, I also support new hires through their first months with regular check-ins, at no extra cost, so they settle in faster and stay.
