Account Director – Brand-Led, Integrated Marketing We’re looking for an experienced Account Director with strong traditional brand experience to lead client relationships and guide integrated marketing work across creative, digital, social, CRM, and media. This role is ideal for someone who understands how brands are built through positioning, messaging, and campaign platforms — and who can bring that thinking into modern, multi-channel environments. What You’ll Do Lead senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor Guide brand strategy, messaging, and integrated campaign direction Partner with creative and strategy teams to deliver strong brand-led work Oversee campaign execution, timelines, and quality Translate insights and reporting into clear recommendations Support account growth and new business as needed What We’re Looking For 7–10+ years in account leadership or integrated agency roles Strong traditional brand experience Agency background required Experience leading integrated campaigns across brand, digital, and social Confident communicator with senior clients Collaborative, organized, and proactive If you want it even shorter, more brand-first, or more sales-leaning, I can trim it again in one pass.
