What Does Labour Day Mean to You This Year — Rest, Reflection, or Reset?

Labour Day often feels like more than just the end of summer. It’s a pause — a chance to notice where we are and where we’re going.

For me, it brings me back to September 2019, when I began my Gestalt High Skills Coaching training in Cape Cod. That was the start of my formal coaching journey — a path I’m still walking today as both a recruiter and a coach.

Since then, I’ve supported people through transitions of all kinds: career changes, leadership growth, and navigating the unknowns that come with work and life. I’ve also reflected on my own path, recognizing how rest, reflection, and reset continue to shape me.

This Labour Day, I encourage you to pause and consider:

  • Do you need rest to recharge?

  • Do you need reflection on the work you’re doing and what matters most?

  • Or is it time for a reset, stepping into something new with fresh perspective?

The path isn’t always clear, but walking it with awareness opens up new possibilities.

💭 What does Labour Day mean to you this year — rest, reflection, or reset?
