About the Role

My Client is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized problem solver to join the team as a client-facing Senior Account Supervisor.
THE ROLE
As a Sr. Account Supervisor on the business, you will lead and manage agency resources to ensure the flawless delivery of high-quality service and advertising, so that all client needs are met on time and on budget. The ideal candidate for this role is an ambitious and energetic individual who possesses strong organizational skills, takes initiative, enjoys finding solutions, is detail-oriented, and takes extreme pride in their work. The ideal candidate is also curious about building personalized customer experiences for the clients they work on.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand the clients’ business fully and maintain current industry knowledge
Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients and their agencies
Ensure that the team produces all client work with the highest level of quality through proper management of the internal team, agency resources and workflow processes
Own the campaign post-mortem process
Own and monitor the competitive intelligence process
Help in developing all direct reports, providing mentorship and a positive work environment
Assist in conducting performance reviews
Provide input into staffing plans and promotions
Keep the Account Director informed of account activities
Take an active role building the clients’ business, generating new strategies and anticipating advertising needs
Challenge the status quo for the best results for the client and the agency
Provide POVs as they relate the clients’ business
Take an active role in building a positive agency culture
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Minimum 5 years of agency experience with a CRM focus
Solid understanding of agency and creative processes
Previous experience in retail is an asset
Track record of building strong client relationships
Ability to motivate and lead team members and to delegate tasks
Be proactive
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
Solid presentation skills
Results and quality driven
Nice to have

Experience working with multiple agency partners
Agency experience in digital marketing
Post-secondary education (marketing/advertising)
